Returns
Return processing fee 2,95€. Return fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. One return-shipping label per order.
Other countries, please contact to your local delivery office to find out the cost of your return.
You have the right to return the ordered items within 14 days after you received your order. All items must be returned unworn and undamaged, with all tags attached and original packaging included. Otherwise, we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
If you wish to exchange product to a different size etc, place a new order and return the original product/products.
Please note that it may take 14 working days for the warehouse to process your return. We will contact you by e-mail once your return has been processed.
You will find the return form and a return-shipping label inside your package. Fill out the form, put it inside the package together with the items you wish to return and place the return-shipping label on the box. Drop off the package at your nearest pick-up point. In case the return-shipping label is missing from the package, contact info@comhouse.fi.
Please note:
In case you did not pick up your order it will automatically be delivered back to our warehouse.
In that case we have the right to charge 8€ delivery and processing fee.

Refunds
Sometimes products can go out of stock, and we won't be able to ship ordered items to customer. Especially campaign times may cause a lot of traffic in our website and some products can go out of stock. In these situations, we have the right to cancel the order and return your money.
No returns and no refunds on Gift Cards.

As soon as your return has been accepted, we will process a reimbursement for the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Damages
In case the item is damaged or defective, please e-mail info@comhouse.fi with your order number and description of the issue. Please also include pictures.
We process every damage individually.
You need to inform about the damage within a month from purchase.
